It was fun

The final level is unnecessarily difficult. I must have died at least a couple hundred times on that level alone. As a puzzle game goes, however, there really was no thinking going on while I beat this. I just ran through trial and error.

It's not good.

First thing I didn't like was that when I tried to redo chapter 1, I couldn't skip the boring cut-scene at the beginning. It's bad enough the first time through, you know? And... then on chapter two, I died. Um... I normally have patience with getting into new games (I mean, I visit Newgrounds lol), but this just isn't doing it for me. Perhaps because I read your stupid description I thought it would be simply amazing, so I had really goddamn high expectations going into it. But yeah, it's not fun so far and the voice acting is also poor. I'm sure TomaMoto will be interesting to hear, if I get that far.

That's worthy of a 10

Not only is it an amazing game in the time of retro games, but I never got to play Zelda, Mega Man, Contra, Castlevania, or Metroid Prime when I was a kid. It's cool to see not only how they would have worked if I played them way back when, but how they work in Mario's world, the only game of these 6 that I played. So there is some nostalgia, but not much.

Very excellent

It's the best in it's sub genre (make it fly), without a doubt. My complaint is that it gets repetitive. Played for about an hour straight and I haven't maxed out even one character when there are six? For completitionists it may become a chore to finish every character, and I was extremely surprised to see no achievements for this game. (What are they called here on NG? Goals?) But then again, an outside website made the game.

Other than that, it is a very fun flash game. The music adds to the awesome, as does the high ping sound when you get a critical hit (I'll just go ahead and call it that). The leveling addition adds some addictivity, but like I said, it gets repetetive when you have to start at level 1 with each character.

Very good puzzle game

That was exceptionally extraordinary for a puzzle game. In most puzzle games when I get stumped, I quit (rage quit that is). But when I play this, the way you solve it allows you to guess and check, and that's what I'm good at. I click go, see where he goes (because I'm too lazy (or dull) to think out the path), and fix the problem when he dies. This potentially makes the puzzle game an easy one, but I disagree (with myself lol). There were still a few levels where I did something I would never ever do, it was completely outside of the box. The last level was very entertaining too. I guessed and checked like 10 to 15 times, then got to see the most horribly put-together animation ever! But I really appreciated it, most puzzle games are like, "Hey there you go, you won, great. Play my sequel?" It basically added a story finisher to a story of which I had forgotten existed. Yeah, perhaps you should add reminders mid-way through the game or something? I forgot entirely why I was trying to get to the exit, but I kept on going nonetheless because of how addicting it is.

Uh, yeah, it's a very good puzzle game.

Okay, wow.

The flash game I'll mention isn't that old, so it won't sound that cool when I say, "The last time I played a flash game this long was on Bloons TD 4."

I've probly stacked up 10 hours on that game, including time at school and at home. I started up this game because I was looking for flashes to rate (so I can get my exp), and I had no idea what was in store for me! I did not plan on spending my night on a flash game, but that's what happened.

I flew threw Endurance VI and I've been playing for about 3 and a half hours straight now. That's how g'damn addicting this is. I'm a lieutenant only because getting expert scores are pretty tough. You have to have a lot of upgrades on your towers to get expert scores. I found myself getting 1000 or less expert score on the latest mission I'd unlocked, so you think it'd be easy when I come back later with more upgrades, but it's still hard.

All upgrades except the top 4 are useless, however. If you want to do damage, upgrade nothing else. I never even wanted to, and I'm glad I ended up not doing it, because the poison, freeze, multi, and basic towers are all useless by mission 27 (which is the mission I got bored at). The only reason I still use fast towers anymore is if the overpowered super towers leak, which doesn't happen often. I want to get to the last mission, because when my defense gets very powerful I cannot really use it cuz by then, the level is over, and I have to restart. So I'm sure the last mission lasts a jillion levels and I can actually have some fun with each tower.

The music was ok, but after about half an hour I shut it and the FX off so I could play my own music. Good flash games don't do that to me, but then again I've been playing for the last 3.5 hours.

So anyways, I hate when games end up having a component of it be useless. I really only want my super and fast towers, and I only need the top 4 upgrades to win. Aaaand the music is useless LOL

Super awesome

The puzzles are good (which makes for fun gameplay), the music is absolutely insane, and the visuals are good.

Little more on the music: Seriously? I need a download link. The song played during puzzles is very good. Oh, are there two? Well I like the other one. lol. oh, wait, that's just one song. Whatever! Could you hook me up with some more of this song?

GameBalance responds:

I written this songs. I need to register my personal site to put the music I make there. I not come up with a name of the site.
